Zoglo’s Mediterrainean Spring rolls (Meatless Filling)

Great for lunch, light dinner or as finger food for parties and buffets!
Ingredients you’ll need:
A 400 gr package of ZOGLO'S MEDITERRANEAN SPRING ROLLS
Mixed salad greens
Slices of Cucumber
Matchstick cut carrots
A few Walnuts
Any salad dressing you like
Tahini sauce
Preparation steps:
Follow the instruction on the package for preparing the Spring rolls.
Place the salad mix, the cucumbers, carrots and nuts in a bowl and toss with the dressing.
Pour some prepared tahini sauce into a small dish and dip the Spring Rolls for a Middle Eastern Flavour and enjoy with the salad.
